Are there strict protocols in place to maintain the required level of cleanliness, such as regular cleaning, the use of specialized clothing, and the control of personnel movement within the room? Furthermore, is this clean room specifically designed for the purpose of cryptocurrency or financial operations, or is it a more general-purpose laboratory? I'm just trying to get a clear understanding of the environment in which the operations are being conducted.
